Yoga Sunrise Routine

Good Morning! This routine is designed to wake-up your body gently and get you going for the day.
The movements gradually progress from the floor to an all-fours position with some gentle spinal, hip and shoulder mobility.
Here’s the sequence:
Savasana
Supine Knees to Chest
Lying Spinal (both sides)
Supine Butterfly
Happy Baby
Low Lunge (both sides)
Cat Cow
Thread the Needle (both sides)
We recommend holding each pose for 5 to 10 breathes, you can repeat the active poses 5 to 10 times on each side.
