INTRINSIC BIOMECHANICS
Uncover your body’s hidden performance and resilience with an Intrinsic Biomechanics Assessment. Personalised assessments and targeted interventions unlock your body’s potential; reducing pain, boosting performance, and elevating your health.
Intrinsic Biomechanics
Uncover the power within your movement with Intrinsic Biomechanics.
Intrinsic Biomechanics goes beyond the surface, delving into the inherent mechanics that drive your every move. Whether you’re an athlete aiming to enhance performance or someone seeking relief from discomfort, this personalised assessment and targeted intervention will empower you to harness the full capabilities of your body.
Intrinsic Biomechanics is a revolutionary concept that explores the natural mechanics of the human body, uncovering the unique ways in which each individual moves. It goes beyond the traditional understanding of biomechanics which often focuses solely on external factors. This approach recognises the intrinsic factors that influence how your body functions, allowing us to tailor interventions that address your specific needs.
Personalised Assessments
We will start by conducting an in-depth assessment to understand your body’s intrinsic biomechanics. Looking at range and symmetry, movement patterns, joint mobility and muscle activation.
Targeted interventions
Armed with a thorough understanding of your body’s intrinsic biomechanics, we will develop personalised interventions to optimise your movement. This may include targeted exercises, corrective techniques and lifestyle adjustments aimed at enhancing your overall well-being.
Elevate your Physical Capabilities
This program not only addresses specific concerns but also promotes overall wellness from injury prevention to performance enhancement. Intrinsic biomechanics interventions are designed to elevate your physical capabilities and enhance your quality of life.
