Led by experts Victoria Gidney (gait analysis) and Joe Brocklehurst (movement therapy), the workshop analyses your running style in a small group setting, offers personalised technique improvement tips, and incorporates a dynamic movement session to boost your coordination, balance, and agility. Joe Brocklehurst – a specialist in sports injury prevention and movement therapy, will shed light on how and why running injuries happen. You’ll learn key strategies to keep your body healthy and strong, allowing you to stay on the road and avoid common setbacks.
Victoria Gidney – a certified Running Technique Specialist (Coach) with The Running School®, England Athletics CiRF, Shropshire Shuffler and STOTT Pilates® Certified Instructor. Victoria will delve into the intricacies of the gait cycle, helping you gain a deeper understanding of efficient running mechanics.
