Dynamic Core – Foundation 1

This is a foundation dynamic core routine designed to wake up your body. You will feel an increase in movement and muscle activation throughout your core and body.
Perform 20 repetitions of each exercise on both sides of the body. The exercises should be perform in a fluid motion, with control and stability.
