What to Expect

  • Understand how mobility affects your running – Learn how movement restrictions can impact performance, efficiency, and injury risk.

  • Discover your personal mobility needs – Take part in guided assessments to identify areas that may be limiting your stride, posture, or recovery.

  • Experience joint-by-joint coaching – Explore the key mobility requirements at the ankles, hips, and thoracic spine through practical demonstrations and exercises.

  • Follow a targeted mobility routine – Get hands-on with a range of mobility drills (with and without props) that you can take away and use in your own training.
