INJURY CONSULTATION
(PHONE & VIDEO ANALYSIS)
An Injury Treatment Package that includes; a Phone Consultation, Video Analysis, and Personalised Rehabilitation Programme.
Consultation & Video Analysis
We will discuss your current injury/area of pain, along with your injury history (current and past injuries). This will give us a detailed picture of the areas where you’ll be holding restrictions, weakness, or uncoordinated movement patterns.
You will be asked to perform specific movements that relate to your injury, we will analyse the video using our video analysis software. This will allow us to assess your movement patterns in depth and identify any compensations you have developed.
Rehabilitation Programme
You will be sent a detailed programme which will include a combination of release work (self massage/foam rolling), and specific movements and exercises. This will be designed with the specific aim of reducing your pain levels and allowing you to recover from your current injury.
We often find your whole body starts to feel more balanced after performing the rehabilitation programme for a few days, making you move and feel better.
