Your session is carried out by Poala (Physiotherapist) and focuses on identifying what’s driving your symptoms, what’s limiting your movement, and the quickest, safest route back to normal function. Depending on what we find, treatment may include hands-on therapy where appropriate, targeted rehab exercises, and a clear plan you can follow between sessions.

What happens during a home visit?

Your home visit is structured like our clinic appointments:

    • History & symptom overview (what’s been happening and what’s changed)
    • Movement assessment (to identify the likely driver of pain and limitation)
    • Hands-on treatment where appropriate
    • Simple rehab plan you can realistically do at home
